On the envelope it should be clearly mentioned as – Documents to be enclosed-Self attested copies as under: 1. Zilla Sainik Exchange (if Ex- Servicemen)/Employment Exchange registered card (if registered) 2. Passport size photograph duly affixed on the TOP right corner of the duly signed application 3. School Leaving Certificate from last attended School in case completed and not pursuing/ bonafide certificate in case pursuing & complete Mark lists and Certificates of educational qualifications including 10 th and 12 th mark lists 4.
